Employer Branding vs. Consumer Branding
In essence, a company’s employer brand is very similar to its consumer brand. From the viewpoint of a potential new employee, what is most important is working for an employer that they trust–just as consumers will do business with companies they know and trust. Unbeknownst to many companies, there are several resources employees can use to “vent†or praise their employers, all of which new talent has access to.
