Hello there. I just found your blog and I’ve been using TalentZoo for a short while. I’m a newly minted creative director (less than 6 months), young (35), and still seeking the right fit for my skills.
I have one main question. How does a creative director explain/showcase their work - versus a designer or art director. It was simple when I designed something - I put it in my book. Now, I touch a lot more work, but my hand isn’t so recognizable. Is there a best practice, or key things I should be pointing out?
Thanks, John
