Scheduling…and Re-Scheduling…
Role play here with me for a minute. Let’s pretend that I’m your doctor. You called me and said you have a sore throat and a fever. Naturally, I schedule you to come in at my first possible opening – lets pretend it’s sometime on Friday. Patience takes practice.
It’s got to be the worst part about applying for jobs and sending your resume to different employers. The great thing about having a recruiter is that you are more likely to hear back about your resume then if you had sent it in blindly. Your recruiter hypes up this position and tells you all about the agency; you’ve already researched the hell out of the company and the location so you already know every hot spot within 10 miles.
