Acceptance is the New Denial
The market is tough right now. It just is. So let’s just all move out of denial and anger to acceptance already. Yes, people are still hiring BUT no agency is going to pay you 200K for anything especially if you are claiming you make that amount of money freelancing (see earlier blogs on the difference between salary and freelance wages – but to sum it up in four words – butt load of taxes).
